Every website should have 3 offers to capture the contact details of your visitors.
- The Cold Offer
- The Warm Offer
- The Hot Offer
There are 3 types of visitors that land on a website and each offer should correspond with each of these 3 types of visitors.
These 3 types of visitors are:
Cold visitors have just landed on your website and do not currently know or trust your company. They are not going to call you or submit their contact details for a quote or a call. But they will submit their details in exchange for a Lead Magnet to get more information.
Lead Magnets targeted at Cold visitors are called Cold Offers and they include:
- Video Series
- White Papers
- Free Coupon
Warm visitors have interacted with your business before. They may have clicked on an advertisement, liked your Facebook page or visited your website before. They know you, may even trust you, but they are not ready to call you. A Warm Offer is for Warm visitors who are interested, but not ready to speak to a sales person.
Warm Offers typically require more of a commitment to consume than a Cold offer because the prospect is further down the sales funnel.
Warm Offers include:

Hot Visitors know, like and trust your company and are ready to make a buying decision and talk to a sales person.
These types of visitors may have typically already downloaded a Lead Magnet in the past.

Why are The 3 Offers so Important?
Every page on your website should have at least 1 or even all three of your 3 Offers.
By adding the 3 Offers to every page on your website you are giving your visitors every chance to enter your sales funnel whether they are a Cold, Warm or Hot Prospect.
